Cristian's passion for the culinary arts has taken him throughout Italy, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, amassing a wealth of experiences in over ten countries.Cristian has earned 'The Golden Q' from Ospitalità Italiana for his excellence in Italian cuisine at several restaurants he has led. He also received a 'Silver Plate' award after organizing a thematic dinner event in collaboration with the Accademia Italiana Della Cucina.With professional stints in Italy, France, the UK, Spain, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Indonesia, and Dubai, Cristian has explored over 30 countries, drawing inspiration during his tenure with Silversea, a highly awarded six-star cruise ship. His roles have included serving as Executive Chef in Europe for Radisson Blu and InterContinental and, between 2019 and 2020, as Complex Executive Chef for two Marriott Hotels & Resorts in East Java, Indonesia.Recently, Cristian led the opening of three restaurants in a large, established resort in the Maldives.
